Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Litcessory. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, sold by Litcessory (the “Product”).
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon a request as proof of purchase.
During the Warranty Period, Litcessory will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is hereby expressly excluded.
What will we do to correct problems?
Litcessory will either: (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product at no charge. Customer shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the defective product to Litcessory. When a Product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced Product or part becomes Litcessory’s property.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Products purchased from Litcessory is two years from the date of purchase. A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Products subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God.
